基于AVL-BOOST进气正时对发动机动力 性能的影响研究

摘要:
针对发动机的进气正时对发动机的进气性能产生重要影响的问题,以486型汽 油机为研究对象,利用AVL-BOOST软件建立了该汽油机进气性能仿真模型并进 行了验证,研究了转速、可变正时等参数对发动机性能的影响。研究结果表明: 进气门不同开启时刻主要影响气体波动效应,高转速时,推迟进气门开启可以 充分利用进气的惯性增压效应,提高了转矩;低转速时,谐振进气效应消失,为 保证最大有效压缩比,进气门应提前开启;在该发动机上加装可变进气止时机构, 优化其各转速下的进气正时,对低转速及部分高转速区的动力性能改善作用明 显。

Effect of intake timing on engine dynamic performance based on AVL-BOOST

Abstract:
Aiming at the intake valve timing having a great effect on the volumetric efficiency of the engine, simulation model of 486 gasoline engine was built up by using AVL-BOSST software. The simulation model of the inteike pcrformancc of the gasoline engine was established and verified. The influence of the parameters such as speed and variable timing on the engine performance was studied. The results show that the different intake valve opening time mainlyinfluents the effect of the gas fluctuation:delaying the intake valve opening time can make ful1 use of the intake inertia supcrcharging effeet toincrease the torque at high speed;thc intake valve should be opened in advance to ensure the maximum effective compression
effect disappeared. The on the engine to optimize great effect on the low speed and part of theratio at low speed, when the resonant intake variable intake timing mechanism is instailed the intake timing at each speed, which has a improvcment of the dynamic performance of the
