我國大學教師專業發展現況、問題與解決策略 曾俐文 國立臺中教育大學高等教育經營管理碩士學位學程 musicflysky@ 林政逸 國立臺中教育大學高等教育經營管理碩士學位學程副教授 dodo9193@.tw 摘要 近年來，大學教師專業成長的議題備受矚目，本研究旨在探討國外大學教學 發展中心辦理之教師專業發展活動與策略，並分析我國大學教師專業發展現況、 問題與解決策略。本研究歸納出大學教師專業發展面臨之問題包含 :大學教師發 展組織缺專人負責、大學教學資源中心人員專業性有待精進、大學教師專業發展 策略回饋機制教為欠缺、大學教師專業發展策略研究尚待更進一步開拓等幾項問 題。最後，本研究提出結論與相關建議，供教育行政主管機關、大學以及後續研 究參考。 關鍵字：高等教育、教師專業發展、教學發展中心 71 The Study of Implementation Situation of Faculty Development of Higher Education in Taiwan Li-wen Tseng Master Program of Higher Education Management, NTCU musicflysky@ Jeng-Yi Lin Associate professor, Master Program of Higher Education Management, NTCU dodo9193@.tw Abstract This study mainly explored current university faculty development, its potential problems, and strategies for dealing with the problems. Documents were used for analysis. The problems of the faculty development center include insufficient staff to plan and host related activities, the need to strengthen staff’s professional knowledge and skills, the lack of strategy feedback mechanism, and a need to explore faculty development strategy research. Based on the results, this study made suggestions for educational administration agencies, universities authorities, and follow-up researchers.
