This table gives an indication of the highest level of evidence for each type of question. *Note: Questions of therapy and prevention, which can best be answered by an RCT, can also be answered by a meta-analysis or systematic review * So, back to the clinical question… After assessing the patient, many clinical questions can be asked. A well formulated question should be RELEVANT to the patient and the clinician’s needs, and SPECIFIC, so that a specific answer will be found.
