PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT5 乳切牙和同名恒牙牙冠宽度关系的对比研究 姚军作者简介：姚军，男，副教授，齿学博士通讯作者：姚军，电话E-mail：dentyao@163.com，王静1，王雅林 作者简介：姚军，男，副教授，齿学博士 通讯作者：姚军，电话E-mail：dentyao@163.com [摘要] 目的 研究乳切牙和同名恒切牙牙冠近远中宽度的关系，为儿童咬合诱导临床工作中早期预测牙列发育情况提供一定的参考依据。方法 选取福建省北部地区3-5岁儿童60例，男女各30例，每两年追踪制取牙颌模型，得到完整的乳牙列和恒牙列信息，并用3DSS技术对乳切牙和恒切牙牙冠宽度进行精确测量，对所得数据进行统计学处理，分析乳、恒切牙牙冠宽度的相关性，并探讨性别因素对乳、恒切牙牙冠宽度的影响。结果 部分乳切牙、恒切牙的牙冠宽度存在性别差异；乳切牙被相应恒切牙替换后，上颌乳切牙被恒切牙替换后，牙冠宽度增加量男性为4.2927±0.7288mm，女性为3.9463±0.9156mm；下颌乳切牙被恒切牙替换后，牙冠宽度增加量男性为2.9675±0.7516mm，女性为2.200±0.8978mm；大多数乳切牙和同名恒切牙牙冠宽度之间存在明显的相关性。结论 临床工作中，可以通过分析替牙期儿童的乳切牙牙冠宽度有效预测未萌恒切牙的牙量信息，为错牙合畸形的早期诊治提供 [关键词] 牙冠宽度；3DSS；模型测量；纵向研究 A study of the mediodistal tooth width of the deciduous incisor teeth and their permanent successors YAO Jun1, WANG Jing1, WANG Yalin2, LU Zhaojie3 (1Department of Padiatric Denstisry, The Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Fujian Medical University, Fuzhou, Fujian, 350002, China; 2Department of Dentistry, Zhenghe County Hospital, Zhenghe, Fujian, 353600, China; 3Special Department, The Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Fujian Medical University, Fuzhou, Fujian, 350002, China) [Abstract] Objective The purpose of this study is first, to evaluate the effect of sexual dimorphism on mesiodistal tooth size of the primary and permanent incisor teeth, and second, to establish the relationship of mesiodistal tooth sizes of the deciduous incisor teeth and their permanent successors. Methods The measurements in this study were obtained precisely by 3DSS technology from 60 pairs of randomly selected serial dental casts (30 males, 30 females). The subjects age ranged from 3 to 5. Descriptive statistics was used for the analysis of the data. Size relations of the primary incisors and corresponding permanent successors were studied, and the effect of sexual dimorphism on the mesiodistal tooth sizes as well as on the increment of tooth mass were statistically analyzed.
