惠东建筑工程有限公司 项目管理存在的问题和对策 ［摘要］随着社会环境瞬息万变，各建筑企业工程项冃所涉及的不确定因素口益增多，在 建筑企业工程项目的管理过程中，大多数是凭自己的经验办事，风险所致损失规模也越来越 大。这些都促使科研人员和实际管理人员从理论上和实践上重视对建筑企业工程项目的风险 管理。本文利用文献法、案例法对工程项目管理在实际施工屮的应用进行分析，以福建省惠 东建筑工程有限公司为例，针对福建省惠东建筑工程有限公司工程项目管理中存在的主要问 题及完善措施进行了探讨和设计方案，以求为工程项目管理的应用研究贡献自己一份微薄的 力量。 ［关键字］建设工程 项目管理 施工控制 Problems and Countermeasures of project management of HuidongConstruction Engineering Company Limited [Abstract] Along with the social environment vary from minute to minute, the construction en terprise project involved the un certain factorsare in creasing, the management process in the projectconstruction enterprises, mostly experienee their own things, the risk loss caused by the increasing scale?
