浅析软件工程项目管理中的目标与范围管理 ［摘要］随着计算机的广泛应用，信息产业悄然兴起，各个企业不断的积极建设和提高自 身企业的信息化，在信息化不断的建设过程中，通过借鉴了传统工程的原则和方法，以求高 效地开发高质量软件。其中应用了计算机科学、数学和管理科学，形成了冃前的软件工程。 在软件工程屮项目管理贯穿于整个信息系统生命周期，本文将浅析项目管理在信息系统生命 周期中各个阶段中的作用及运用，如项目管理如何对项目风险及成本进行控制，对需求范围 进行限定，资源进行合理分配等；最后通过实际项目总结在项目管理过程中遇到的问题及解 决方法。 ［关键字］信息系统 软件工程 项目管理 目标管理 范围管理 Reflection on Brand with personality and CRM at the age of information [Abstract] With the widespread use of the computer, the information industry springs up. Every company continuously builds and improves its own information industry, and aims at effectively developing high quality software through taking example by traditional engineering principals and methods during the process of information industry construction. Current Software Engineering is formed by computer scienee and math and management scienee. As we know, project management runs through the whole information system life cycle in the software engineering. This paper will simply analyzes the project management effect and application in the different stages of information system life cycle, such as, how to use project management to control the project risk and cost, how to limit the requirements range, how to allocate the resources reasonably and so on. Finally the paper will present the real project to the problems and solutions in the project management.
