Combined local actual situation, Shanghai Shen Kang Hospital Development Center jointly launched the construction of regional medical record system and application platforms with municipal hospitals. Relying on Hospital-Link Project, we have researched and solved the problem which often appeared in the process of the extraction of heterogeneous medical record data, established a joint data center that contained three layers, the center side, the hospital side, and front-end processor. The project have realized the data sharing between different hospitals, and achieved the unified maintenance, management and statistical analysis for the medical record data in municipal hospitals. The practical application shows that the regional medical record system and application platforms can help the management real-time monitoring for priority diseases, promote the processes of medical record system informatization in Shanghai.
