浅析甘肃农业大学大学生创业团队的现状及其发展 苏虎宁 (甘肃农业大学人文学院，甘肃，兰州，730070) 摘要：创业是市场经济发展的一个必然趋势，而大学生则是创业大军中一股強有力的后备力量。 但是，大学生创业现状却不容乐观。对此，如何正确地引导大学生进行创业，提高他们创业的成 功几率成为研究的一个重大课题。在分析了一系列的有关于大学生创业的研究成果后，我们发现 目前的研究基本上选取的角度是从理论上论证的比较多，而实证的研究比较欠缺。同时对于大学 生本身的研究大多基于过去传统的认识，没有结合当代大学生的特点。根据这个现状，我在选题 上将重点放在在校大学生创业团队上，调查甘肃农业大学在校大学生创业团队的现状及其发展， 同期收集和总结了大量的有关大学生创业团队发展的社会环境资料，结合前人研究的一些理论成 果，更多地通过调查数据的分析和总结、个别案例分析等实证的方法来研究大学生创业团队发展 的主题。本次调查以前人研究的成果为基础，选择了一个较新的角度，对研究进行了完善和扩展。 当然，我的调查研究由于存在时空的局限和个人阅历、水平等的限制也存在着一些问题，对此， 我希望有更多的人士来关注在校大学生创业团队的发展。 关键词：大学生 创业团队 发展 Brief analysis Gansu Agricultural University Students of the present situationand development venture SU Hu-ning (Humanities College, Gansu Agricultural University, Gansu, Lanzhou, 730070) Abstract: Entrepreneurship development of a market economy is an inevitable trend, whileuniversity students is a strong entrepreneurial force in the reserve forces. However, collegestudents venture status quo is not optimistic. In this conn ection, how to correctly guide thestudents to entrepreneurs to improve their chances to become successful entrepreneurs ofthe research a major issue. In a series of analysis on the results of research onentrepreneurship students, we found that the current study is basically select from theperspective of the more theoretical proof, and empirical research lacks.
