电力系统通信网络管理 摘要 随着我国电力事业的迅速发展，传统的电力系统通信网络管理方式己经不能 满足电力系统发展的要求。木文在大量收集查阅国内外有关电力系统通信网络资 料、深入了解及分析通信原理和通信网络的发展基础上，提出了对电力系统通信 网络管理的建议，并且了解到近年来随着通信技术的发展，为了满足电力系统安 全、稳定、高效生产的需求及电力企业运营走向市场化的需求，电力通信网的发 展十分迅速。 木文首先分析了数字通信原理；重点讨论其中的OSI （开放式系统互联）协 议；并深入分析了通信设备、移动通信、计算机通信的内容。在此基础上，分析 了电力系统通信网的发展情况，并介绍了信息通信网的演进和新的网络体系结构 和技术。在介绍完通信网的发展后，分析了现在智能配电网的通信网络，其中介 绍了未来智能配电网通信方式。最重要的介绍了电力系统专用通信网管理要求， 其中分析了电力系统专用通信网的管理要求，针对网络管理层次多、设备种类多、 网络结构复杂的特点，从技术的角度提出了建设电力通信网网络管理系统的基本 要求及解决方案。另外介绍了光网保护与恢复技术，最后分析了西安电力通信光 网的优化改进和苏州电力通信网的改进，最后分析只有改进通信网运行方式管 理，通过有效的可靠性设计，同时结合运行过程中的可靠性管理，才能满足电力 通信网的飞速发展和电力系统对电力通信网可靠性要求。 关键词：电力系统，通信网络，网络管理系统 The Management Of The Electric Power SystemCommunication Network ABSTRACT With the rapid development of the electric power industry in China, the traditional power system communication network management way has been cannot meet the requirements of the development of electric power system.
