高雄師大學報 2014, 37, 51-72 祖孫代間家庭網路反哺與阻礙因素 之調查研究 1 2 3 黃誌坤 、李長燦 、王明鳳 摘 要 本研究借用文化反哺概念，將代間家庭的年輕世代願意協助老年世代進行上網， 或解決上網所遇到困難的現象，稱為「網路反哺」。本文目的主要在調查代間家庭的 大學生對祖父母的網路反哺意願、實踐現況，以及反哺過程實際遭遇的阻礙因素。本 研究採用自編之代間家庭網路反哺問卷，並以大學生為研究對象進行調查，總計發出 1,200 份問卷，回收統計有效問卷 1,015 份，有效問卷率達 85% 。經統計分析及討論 後獲得如下結論：(一)大學生對於家庭網路反哺的意願有餘但行動不足；(二)大學生 偏愛以代理反哺方式進行家庭網路反哺活動；(三)大學生實踐代間家庭網路反哺阻礙 之一：上網對祖父(母)產生負面影響；(四)大學生在實踐家庭網路反哺阻礙之二：祖 父母輩不想學上網或不需要上網；(五)大學生在實踐家庭網路反哺遇到阻礙之三：學 校活動或學業繁重；(六)維持好的關係或定期回家才有實踐家庭網路反哺的可能。最 後並提出若干建議作為推動代間家庭網路反哺之參考。 關鍵詞：老人上網、文化反哺、網路反哺、數位落差、家庭支持 投稿日期：2014/09/21 ；接受日期：2014/12/22 1 美和科技大學社會工作系副教授 2 美和科技大學社會工作系助理教授 3 美和科技大學社會工作系助理教授 52 高雄師大學報 第三十七期 Investigation on Digital Cultural Feedback and Obstacles in Intergenerational Family * ** *** Chih-kun Huang Chang-tsan Li Ming-fong Wang Abstract We adopted the cultural feedback concept in this study.
