《中国医学创新》第 13 卷 第 3 期（总第 357 期）2016 年 1月　　 临床研究 Linchuangyanjiu 奥拉西坦与吡拉西坦的药理分析及临床 对比研究 ① 王桂臣 　　【摘要】　目的：总结奥拉西坦与吡拉西坦的药理作用，探讨奥拉西坦治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍的临 床疗效和安全性。方法：选取 2012 年 1 月 -2013 年 12 月本院收治的脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者 100 例， 按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组各 50 例。观察组给予奥拉西坦治疗，对照组给予吡 拉西坦治疗，两组疗程均为 6 个月。观察两组治疗前后蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）、简易智能量 表（MMSE）及日常生活能力量表（ADL）评分的变化，并评价疗效及用药安全性。结果：两组治疗前的 MoCA、MMSE、ADL 评分比较差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗后，两组的 MoCA、MMSE、ADL 评 分均较治疗前明显改善，观察组的改善情况明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组的 MoCA、MMSE、ADL 评分改善总有效率均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组的不良 反应发生率均较低，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：奥拉西坦可明显改善脑卒中患者的认知功能， 临床疗效优于吡拉西坦，且安全性较好。 　　【关键词】 　药理；　认知功能障碍；　奥拉西坦；　临床应用 　　Pharmacological Analysis and Comparative Clinical Study of Oxiracetam and Piracetam/WANG Gui-chen.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（03）：035-038 　　【Abstract】　Objective：To summarize the pharmacological effects of Oxiracetam and Piracetam，to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Oxiracetam in the treatment of the cognitive dysfunction after stroke.Method：100 patients with cognitive dysfunction after stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method，50 cases in each group.The observation group was given Oxiracetam for treatment.The control group was given Piracetam for treatment，the course of the two groups was 6 months.The changes of the Montreal cognitive assessment scale （MoCA），Mini mental state examination scale（MMSE） and Activities of daily living scale（ADL） score of the two groups before and after treatment were observed，and the curative effect and drug safety were evaluated.
