According to the GB/T 13016—2009 Principles and Requirements for Preparing Diagrams of Standard System, relevant laws and regulations, and combining with characteristics of forest products industry circular economy in China and foreign forest products industry circular economy standards, principals and strategies of the establishment on standard system of forest products industry circular economy are put forward，framework of the standard system is established.
