BALBc裸鼠无菌性腹腔炎症渗岀液杀菌活性的研究 史晓雄 陶廷婷 梁宁牛（通讯作者） （广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院药学部广西南宁530021） 【摘要】目的：观察BALB/c裸鼠与普通小鼠无菌性腹腔炎症模型腹腔渗出 液（非细胞成分）的杀菌作用是否有区别，从而了解裸鼠天然免疫的状况。方法： 取BALB/c裸鼠和小鼠各12只，每种小鼠随机分为正常对照组和模型组，对照组 小鼠腹腔注射0.9%牛理盐水lml,模型组小鼠腹腔注射0.25%糖原1ml建立无菌 性腹膜炎模型，建模后5小时（h）处死两组小鼠并收集腹腔渗出液，离心处理 取得上清液。利用琼脂铺板法确定BALB/c裸鼠及普通小鼠上清液对金黄色葡萄 球菌和大肠杆菌的杀菌作用。结果：与正常对照组比较，模型组BALB/c裸鼠及 普通小鼠腹腔渗的上清液对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌都具有较强的杀菌作用, 它们的杀菌强度没有显著性差别。结论：无胸腺的BALB/c裸鼠在天然免疫的体 液方面与普通小鼠无显著区别，具有正常的抗菌作用。 【关键词】BALB/c裸鼠 腹腔渗出液 上清液 杀菌活性 天然免疫 【中图分类号】R318 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 （2014） 12-0048-02 A Study on Bactericidal Activity of a Sterile Peritoneal Inflammatory Exudate in Nude Mice SHI Xiao-xiong, TAO Ting-ting,LIANG Ning-sheng （Department of Pharmacy, The Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, Nanning ,530021） [Abstract] Objective : To observe the bactericidal activity ofsterile peritoneal inflammatory exudate supernatantsin BALB/c nude mice and normal mice,to un dersta nd the condition of inn ate immune in BALB/c nude mice ? Methods: BALB/c Nude mice were randomly dividedinto normal control groupand model group ,with 6nude mice in each group. The normal mice were grouped in the same way.The control group were injected with 0.9 % NS1.0 ml, and the model group were injected with 0.25 % glycogenl.Oml. Mice were sacrificed 5 hour after modeling, and collected perit on eal exudatesuper nata nt by cen trifugati on .The bactericidal activity of supernatant from BALB/c nude mice and normal mice was determined by agar plating, against Staphyloccocus aureus and Escherichia coli. RESULTS： Compared with normal control group, peritoneal exudate supernatant from BALB/c nude mice and normal mice possessed potent bactericidal activity against Staphyloccocus aureus and Escherichia coli.There were not significantly different between BALB/c nude mice and n ormal mice on bactericidal pote ncy.
