政府推动文化产业发展作用研究——以南宁市唐人文化园为例.doc

广西师范学院硕士学位论文 摘 要 文化产业，被誉为 21 世纪的朝阳产业和绿色产业。文化产业作 为一种新兴的经济方式，将成为国民经济新的亮点和增长点，亦是实 现经济华丽转型和跨越式发展的重要选择。对城市的发展而言，文化 产业的发展不仅能满足群众的文化消费需求，而且能增强城市的经济 硬实力和文化软实力。目前，南宁的文化产业发展尚处于初级阶段， 政府推动文化产业发展也处于尝试阶段和摸索状态，因此具有一定的 局限性。以一个文化产业园区为例对政府的推动作用进行研究，对南 宁文化产业的发展将具有理论借鉴意义和现实参考价值。 在厘清文化产业相关理论和解读政府推动文化产业发展的相关 理论基础之上，本研究通过深入的田野调查，以南宁市唐人文化园为 探讨案例，描述了政府在推动唐人文化园发展的各方面作用，分析了 在唐人文化园发展存在的意识深度不够、政策支持不足、人才架构欠 缺、管理机制欠妥、战略规划尚浅等政府推动作用尚未发挥到位之处， 提出从拓展意识深度、加强政策支持、架构人才体系、完善管理机制、 制定战略规划等政府作用途径来推动南宁文化产业的发展。 关键词: 文化产业，政府推动，南宁市唐人文化园 I 广西师范学院硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT The cultural industries，it is known as a sunrise industry and green industry in 21 century. As a new economic way, The cultural industry will become a new window and growth of the national economy, also be the important choice to realize the economic transformation and luxuriant great-leap-forward development. For the development of the city, the development of cultural industry can not only satisfy the peoples cultural consumption demand, but also can enhance the citys economic hard power and cultural soft strength. At present, the development of the cultural industry of Nanning is still in the primary stage, the government to promote the development of cultural industry in trying to stage and also for state, so has some limitations. In a culture industry park area as an example to  research the governments push ， Its well for the developing of the cultural industry of Nanning with reference to the theory and practical reference value. On the basis of clarifying the cultural industry in the related theory and reading the government to promote the development of cultural industry related theory, this study through the in-depth field investigation to Nanning Dynasty culture park for this case, describes the government in promoting Nanning Dynasty culture parks development on all aspects of the role.
