《资本论》地租理论对我国农业供给侧 改革的启示 赵意焕 河南农业大学文法学院 摘要： 《资本论》的地租理论深刻揭示了资本主义农业的不合理性，社会主义国家应从 中汲取教训。我国农业供给侧改革的本质要求构建科学合理的社会主义现代化大 农业。《资本论》地租理论说明，资本主义地租使农产品产生了巨大的虚假社会 价值，加剧了直接劳动者的贫困。社会主义牛产资料公有制可以消灭绝对地租， 而级差地租是随着商品货币关系的消灭而消灭的。我国农业发展既要着眼经济效 益，也要关注社会效益;既要着眼当前利益，也要关注长远利益。我国农业供给 侧结构改革应该把重点放在缓解农产品价格波动、均衡布局生产力、延长和创新 农产品产业链条、加强和完善社会主义性质的集体合作经营等方面。 关键词： 《资本论》；地租理论;农业供给侧改革; 作者简介：赵意焕（1971-），女，河南鲁山人，屮国社会科学院博士生，河南 农业大学文法学院副教授，研究方向:马克思主义政治经济学、信息化规划管理。 基金：2015年国家社科基金项目“马克思主义视域下中国乡村治理现代化研 究”（编号 15BKS061） The Enlightenment from the Rental Theory in Das Kapital for Chinese Agricultural Supply Side Reform Zhao Yihuan College of Humanities and Law, Henan Agricultural University; Abstract： Das Kap it al s rental theory has revealed that the capital is t agriculture is irrational; the socialist countries should learn lessons from western countries. Socialist public ownership can eliminate the absolute rent, but the differential rent will fol low the commodi ty-money relationship to be eliminated. The enlightenment from Das Kapitals rentai theory is as the following: Chinese agricultural not only should care about the economic benefits, but also pay more attention to social benefits; and not only should care immediate interests, but also pay more attention to long-term interests.
