Efficacy Observation on the Treatment of Chronic hepatitis B virus carriers by  Bushenjiedu  Decoction Speciality:Clinical Study of TCM Author:Yang Jinglin Tutor: Pro.Sun Jianguang Abstract Purpose： To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine compound in treating Chronic hepatitis B virus carriers,by the effect of Bushen Jiedu Decoction on Chronic hepatitis B virus carriers as the entry point。 Method： As a subject of study of 68 patients with Chronic hepatitis B virus carriers were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group（45 cases）was treated with Bushen Jiedu Decoction, and the control group（23 cases）was treated with Inosine tablets and Vitamin C tablets. After the treatment of 24 weeks, to observe the improvement in patients following as: clinical symptom, biochemical indicators, Pathogen indicators, quality of life and so on. Results：After the treatment of 24 weeks, the total efficiency in the experimental group was35.56%, which was higher than in the control group 4.35%. Statistically, there was difference between the two groups (P0.05). The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in improving clinical symptom, and anti-viral response rate, which were statistically differences (P0.05). The improvement of QOL is statistically significant differences in Physical Functioning, Role Physical,Vitality, Social Functioning， Mental Health;In the HBV-DNA negative rate, HBeAg negative rate and HBeAg/HBeAb conversion rate, the experimental group was higher than the other, but in addition to the two group of HBV-DNA decline 2lg P 0.05, with statistical significance difference at 24 week, It had no statistic difference( P0.05).
