Abstract: Amethod for analysis ofmixed- plasticizerwas established. Themethod combined flexibil2
ity and efficient separation ability ofthin- layer chromatograph(TLC) with infraredmicroscopy. s abil2
ity to identifymicrosample. By using the convenient and rapid transferingmethod forTLC marks and
by choosing suitableTLC plates andmobile phases, variousmixed plasticisers dealingwith six differ2
ent kinds ofplasticiser including twelve compoundswere separated. And then, by selecting suitable
analytical area for infraredmicroscopy, suitable infrardedmicroscopy. s analytical conditions and suit2
able eluants forTLC- marks, separated compounds in mixed- plasticizerswere identifiedbyFourier
transform- infraredmicroscopy. Theanalyticalresults show that the establishedmethod can beused to
identify alomost allkinds ofplasticizers.
