A.Show some sentences:
If you walk to school, you will be late.
If you are hard-working, you will get A.
If you have a robot, you will let it do the laundry.
If I buy ice cream, I will have to walk to home.
Find the same and different.
(If意为如果,表示条件,if引导的句子是从句,用现在时态,主句则用将来时态。也就是所谓的“主将从现”)
B. Show some students’ pictures of the class and present new structure:
T: If you are happy, what will you do? S: If I am happy, I will sing a song.
if they get a prize ,they will be very happy.
Ask several students:
If I have enough money, I will have a travel.
If I have much money, I will buy a big house.
If it is hot, I will go swimming.
If we want to get a prize, wewill try our best.
If we see cycle race,we will be very exciting.
If we have volleyball game,we will watch.
If we have P.E.class,we will be very active.
If she eats too much, she will be very fat.
C.Open the book and turn to page 73
Ask students to talk about the pictures.
T:What is the girl doing in the first picture.
S1: She’s walking to school.
T:What are the other students doing?
S2:They’re taking the bus to school.
T:What’s happening in the second picture?
S3:She’s late.
T:Right.The girl is late.
T:If you walk to school,you’ll be late.
Ss:If you walk to school,you’ll be late.
Repeat the activity with another set of pictures.
