Abstract This paper mainly expounded on the current status and existing problems of the service quality of Chinese public hospitals with the establishment of Chinese socialist market economic system, the rapid development of social economy, the deepening of medical system reform and the gradually enhanced requirements on health by people. In addition, it proposed the thoughts and countermeasures that should be taken for further improving medical service quality.This paper is developed as per the following thought and logical system:DXDiTa9E3d (1) Firstly, it summarized the definition on relevant concepts such as the basic principle of medical service and medical service quality. (2) On the basis of referring to large amounts of literatures and conducting field interview, the satisfaction questionnaire on medical service quality was preliminarily formulated.
