Abstract ：Nowadays, the exploitation and utilization of government resources have become a major factor restricting the smart city development. By referring to the demands of inherent separation of government information management, it proposes a framework of the information integration and retrieval for multi-level government applications. With the emerging information technologies involved, the model of heterogeneous information resources is reconstructed and designed for the retrieval of both structured and unstructured data sets. By experimental simulation and prototype system verification, the algorithm feasibility is evaluated in a big data environment.
