甘蓝型油菜不育系与菜薹远缘杂种的营养优势初步研究 莫俊杰, 何觉民*,黄妹月, 陆建农, 何 仪 ( 广东海洋大学农业生物技术研究所, 广东 湛江 524088) 摘要:本试验比较了利用油菜不育系与红菜薹远缘杂交的5个组合117AB/十月红、117AB/优选十月红、117AB/精选红菜薹（二早子）、117AB/改良十月红、117AB/湘研菜薹与湘研菜薹的营养优势及其相关性状，结果表明：1.不同父本的杂交组合产量不同，其中117AB/十月红产量最高，比对照品种增产117%，117AB/优选十月红菜薹产量最低，比对照减产10%，其他的杂交组合与对照品种产量相差均不明显。2.抽薹前叶片数与最后产量呈不显著正相关，相关系数为0.617389。3.抽薹前期叶片增长情况表明，前期增长过快，菜薹产量不会很高。4.叶片颜色偏向母本，菜薹产量不会很高。5.育性，栽培等因素对杂交组合菜薹产量都有一定影响。 关键词：甘蓝型油菜雄性不育系；菜薹；营养优势 A Primary Study on the Nutritive Heterosis of the Distant Hybridizations between Brassica Napus Male Sterile Line and Purple -caitai MO Jun-jie, HE Jue-min, HUANG Mei-yue, LU Jian-nong, HE Yi (Institute of Agricultural Biotechnology, Guangdong Ocean University, Zhanjiang 524088, China) Abstract：This experiment compared the nutrition heterosis and correlated characters of 5 distant hybrids between Brassica napus male sterile line 117AB and purple-caitais which were 117AB/Shiyuehong、117AB/Youxuanshiyuehong、117AB/Jingxuanhongcaitai（erzaozi）、117AB/GailiangShiyuehong、117AB/Xiangyancaitai with CK(Xiangyancaitai).The results showed that: 1. 117AB/Shiyuehong had the highest yield of shoots, increasing by 117% compared with Xiangyancaitai but 117AB/YouxuanShiyuehong had the lowest yield, reducing by 10% compared to the comparison, and the other hybrids’ yield were not increasing obviously compared with CK. 2. The leaf number before bolting and the final yield of its shoot was not remarkably connected with the correlation coefficient 0.617389. 3. If the earlier period leaves had an excessively quick growth before bolting, the yield of its shoot cannot be very high. 4. If the leaf color looked more like that of the female parent’s, the shoot yield cannot be very high. 5. Factors such as fertility、cultivation and so on had a certain influence to the yield of the distant hybridizations’ shoot.
