肛门尖锐湿疣冷冻治疗后0.1%利凡诺尔与4%硼酸湿敷的临 床疗效比较研究 万宏程1杨春俊2（通讯作者） （1安徽省六安市人民医院皮肤科237005； 2安徽医科大学第一附属医院皮肤科 230022） 【屮图分类号】R752.3+3【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085 （2012 ） 29-0251-02 【摘要】目的比较4%硼酸液和0.1%利凡诺尔液在液氮冷冻治疗肛门尖锐湿疣 后湿敷对疗效和减少不良刺激的作用差别。方法口9例肛门周围尖锐湿疣患者, 冷冻治疗后随机分别采用0.1%的利凡诺尔粉湿敷（E组，n = 59）或4%的硼酸液 湿敷（B组，n = 60）。比较2组间疗效和不良反应。并对患者湿敷时刺激进行白 我评分分析。结果105例完成治疗随访，E组51例、B组54例；创面愈合时间 B组为6?28 d,（平均10.43d）, E组为5?26d（平均13.45d）； B组治疗次数为 3.43（1?7次）、E组为3.87（2?8次），两组比较差异均具有显著性。关于肛门周 围水肿、局部溃疡形成和大便习惯的改变以及刺激性自我评分等，2组间均存在 差异。结论4%的硼酸液湿敷与0.1%利凡诺尔液湿敷相比，不仅可以提高冷冻的 疗效，减少治疗次数，还可以降低不良反应的发生率，以及减少患者冷冻治疗后 的不适感。 【关键词】尖锐湿疣 肛门 利凡诺尔 硼酸 湿敷 A Comparison study of clinic effective between ethacridine and boric acid wet compress after treatment of anal genital warts with cry therapy?
