The Rural Development Institute, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Beijing 100732, China) 摘 要：大数据指规模庞大的信息、海量的数据，其信息量大到不能利用当前市场上存在的处理软件来对其数据进行分析、 有针对性地过滤，也不能以此作为参考数据服务于人们的决策过程。大数据的特点包括四方面：大规模（Volume）、快速（Ve－ locity）、价值（Value）、多样（Variety），合称为 “4V”。智能交通系统是在交通管理中应用计算机技术、信息技术、电子传感技 术及信息通讯等技术手段，拓宽管理部门的覆盖范围，提高决策的科学性与准确性，提高管理系统的运转效率。“互联网+”背 景下我国大数据交通发展水平不断提高，应用大数据将多种先进技术融合到一个综合平台中，包括控制技术、计算机技术、通 信工程、交通工程、移动互联网技术等，发挥交通设施的作用，解决环境问题与交通拥堵，避免多种交通风险的发生。 关键词：互联网+ ；交通服务；公共管理 中图分类号：F506 文献标识码：A DOI:10.13714/j.cnki.1002-3100.2016.06.006 Abstract: Intelligent transportation system is the application of computer technology, information technology, electronic sensor tech－ nology and information and communication technology in traffic management, greatly expanded coverage of the management depart－ ment, to further improve the accuracy and scientificity of decision, improve the efficiency of the operation of the management sys－ tem. “Big data traffic of our country development level Internet plus”under the background of intelligent transportation system will continue to improve, many advanced technologies into a comprehensive platform, including control technology, computer tech－ nology, communication engineering, traffic engineering and so on, can give full play to the role of traffic facilities, effectively so
