662 Medical Science Journal of Central South China,Nov2015,Vol.43,No.6 DOI:10郾15972/ j郾cnki郾43鄄1509/ r郾2015郾06郾016 ·临床医学· 产前超声评价胎儿颅后窝池的价值 李锦丽 (郴州市第一人民医院超声科,湖南郴州423000) 摘摇 要:摇 目的摇 探讨胎儿颅后窝池深度与孕周的关系及其临床意义。 摇 方法摇 测量妊娠中晚期胎儿颅后窝 池深度并进行随访观察及总结分析,同时分析颅后窝池深度与孕周的关系。 摇 结果摇 颅后窝池深度2 ~10 mm 与 孕周相关系数r值为0.405,P值为0.038,颅后窝池深度小于2 mm胎儿19例,均为畸形病例,颅后窝池深度大于 10 mm胎儿78例,随访证实正常49例,畸形29例。 摇 结论摇 妊娠中晚期颅后窝池深度与孕周存在相关性。 颅后 窝池深度的变化可以为筛选胎儿畸形提供重要的诊断线索。 关键词:摇 胎儿;摇 超声检查;摇 颅后窝池 中图分类号:R445郾1摇 摇 摇 文献标识码:A Ultrasound in Evaluating Fetal Cistrerna Magna LI Jinli (Departerment of Ultrasound,First People Hospital蒺s of Chenzhou City,Chenzhou,Hunan42300,China) Abstract:摇 Objective摇 To analyze the relationship between gestational age and the depth of cisterna magna and to understand their clinical significance.摇 Method摇 During the 2nd or 3rd trimester,the depth of fetal cistrena magna was measuredby ultrasound.For each abnormal case,athoroughevaluationoffetal anatomywasperformedandfollowedup.The relationship between gestational age and the depth cisterna magna was analyzed.摇 Results摇 The relationship between the depth of the cisterna magna and gestational agewasfound (r=0.405,P=0.038).19 fetuses were clinically diagnosed as malformations,complicatedwith disappearance or diminishment of the cisterna magna.Among the78 fetuses with enlarged cisterna magna,29 were clinically diagnosed as malformation,49 were found no abnormality through follow鄄up.摇 Conclu鄄 sion摇 Therewas a significant correlation between the depth of cisternamagna andgestational age.The change inthe depth of cisterna magna can provide important diagnostic cluesfor screening of fetal malformations.
