2004年 2月第 11卷第 2期 中国中医药信息杂志 ·141· ·制剂与工艺· 对提高胃苏颗粒半成品一次合格率的研究 王喜习,施 猛,曹玉明,蔡良平 (扬子江药业集团,江苏 泰州 225321) 摘要：目的 通过实验确定提高胃苏颗粒半成品一次合格率的最佳结合因素。方法 分析影响胃苏颗粒半成 品一次合格率的因素,总结出 3 个主要因素,依次为清膏烘干率、酒精加入量、回粉投入量；选用正交试验,计算每 次实验结果的合格率,并对实验结果进行比较,得出最佳结合因素。结果 三因素最佳结合点是清膏烘干率为 55%～56%,回粉投入量占总投料量的 9%～10%,乙醇用量为每料 5.5～6.5kg 95％乙醇。结论 该方法可以明显提高 胃苏颗粒半成品一次合格率,提高幅度达 6％左右。 关键词：胃苏颗粒；一次合格率；正交实验 中图分类法：R283.5 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1005-5304(2004)02-0141-02 The Study about Once Qualified Rate of Weisukeli WANG Xi-xi, SHI Meng, CAO Yu-ming, et al (Yangzijiang River Pharmacy Group, Taizhou 225321, China) Abstract ：Objective By way of experiment research defining to raise Weisukeli combines the factor by once qualified rates semi-finished goods optimum. Method Analyses to influence Weisukeli some factors once qualified rates of semi-finished goods, and sum up out three major factors, in proper order for unmixed paste stoving rate, ethyl alcohol joining capacity and returns powder input capacity. To choose the diagonal intersection experiment, we counts the qualified rate of experiment result every time, finally kills to carry on the comparison, reaching optimum to combine the factor to the experiment. Results Optimum combination point of three factors are that the 9%～10%, the capacity throwing material ethyl alcohol consuption is led to measure always to occupy for 55%～56%, returns the powder input in clearly paste stoving serve as every material 5.5～6.5 kilogram of 95% ethyl alcohol. Conclusion The discovery can clearly raise the once qualified rates of Weisukeli semi-finished goods, and the rate is about 6%. Key words ：Weisukeli；once
