It is known to all that the establishment of incentives plays an important role in business for the enterprises themselves. This article bases on the actual situation of Baoshan Cement Plant in Zichuan, combined with the existing enterprise incentives, to analyze the aspect of salaries, training, performance, and culture so that we can identify the problems of staff incentives. Main problems include the lack of motivation of manager, unreasonable salary structure, the lack of targeted incentives, assessment mechanisms as well as promotion channels. On this bases, recommendations for improvement of the incentive mechanism of Baoshan Cement Plant are made, including Improving the quality of manager, perfecting the salary system, encouraging diverse incentives, establishing the assessment mechanisms and promotion channels. Based on the actual issues, the recommendations closely linked to each step, so that they can really achieve the purpose of effectively motivating the staff in order to gain further development for Baoshan Cement Plant.
