XX/T —XXXX PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 7 Determination of sugar alcohol sweeteners in foods－GC method Scope This standard specifies the methods of determination of five sugar alcohol sweeteners contents in foods by gas chromatography (GC). This standard is applicable to the determination of contents of erythritol, xylitol, mannitol, sorbitol, maltitol in sugar free foods such as chewing gum, candy, biscuit, bread, drink (including milk drink) and so on.
