Nursing Department of the Xiantao Vocational College School of Medicine） [Abstract] To explore the practice and effect in the community continue to improve hypertension self management ability in nursing quality control circle. Methods: to set up quality control circle, circle activities according to product implementation steps by patients before and after the implementation of activities, self efficacy scale, hypertension self management ability questionnaire and intangible results were compared in order to confirm the effect of activity score. Results: the implementation of quality control circle activity in patients with symptoms and diseases common management self-efficacy scores were significantly improved (P 0.01); hypertension patients self-management skills unqualified rate decreased significantly (P 0.01); target standard rate of 100%, improvement rate 59.5%; quality control circle member intangible results before and after the implementation of the scores were significantly increased (P 0.01). Conclusion: QCC activities can significantly improve the self-management of patients and circle circle, the community continue nursing can effectively implement and promote. Keywords: quality control circle continue nursing; community; hypertension; self management ability 摘要：目的:探讨品管圈在社区延续护理中提升高血压患者自我管理能力的实践和效果。方法:成立品管圈，按品管圈活动的步骤实施各项活动，通过患者实施前后自我效能量表、高血压患者自我管理能力问卷和无形成果评分表进行比较，从而确认活动效果。结果:推行品管圈活动后患者的症状管理和疾病共性管理的自我效能评分均显著提升（p＜0.01）；高血压患者的自我管理能力不合格率显著下降（P＜0.01）；目标达标率100％，进步率59.5％；品管圈圈员实施前后无形成果评分有显著增高（p＜0.01）。结论:品管圈活动能显著提高患者自我管理能力和
