[通信作者]：肖明朝，教授，研究方向：男科学，E-mail：xmz.2004@163.com [摘要] 目的 评价姜黄素对大鼠慢性细菌性前列腺炎炎性状态的影响及探讨其可能相关机制 方法 随机将35只SD大鼠分为姜黄素200mg组、姜黄素100mg组、氧氟沙星组、模型组及假手术组。采用大肠杆菌混悬液前列腺内注射的方法建立大鼠慢性细菌性前列腺炎模型，一个月后各治疗组给予药物治疗，持续12天，电镜观察各组前列腺组织病理改变，real time-PCR测其COX-2、iNOS mRNA的表达，ELISA法检测TNF-α及Western blot测NF –κB蛋白的表达水平 结果 ①COX-2、iNOS mRNA及TNF-α蛋白的表达模型组与假手术组比较都有显著升高（P0.01），各治疗组与模型组比较都有不同程度的降低（P0.05），其中姜黄素200mg组相对另外两治疗组降低更为显著（P0.05）。②姜黄素治疗两组能够抑制NF –κB蛋白的表达，随着剂量提高作用越显著（P0.05），且与COX-2、iNOS 、TNF-α的表达呈正相关，氧氟沙星组对NF –κB无显著影响 结论 姜黄素对大鼠慢性细菌性前列腺炎炎性状态有抑制作用，随剂量增加效果增强，其作用可能与NF –κB蛋白的表达有密切关系。 [关键词] 姜黄素；前列腺炎；大肠杆菌；抗生素 中图分类号：R697+.33 Effect and mechanism of Curcumin on chronic bacterial prostatitis in rats Wu Fanghao,Xiao Mingzhao,Luo Jiayu,Qing Guodong,Zeng Li (400016,Chongqing,Department of Urology，The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University , Chongqing Key Laboralory of Neurology ,Chongqing , 400016,China.) [Abstrast] Objective to evaluate the influence of Curcumin and explore it,s possible relevant mechanism on the inflammation status of chronic bacterial prostatitis in rats. Methods 35 SD rats were randomly divided into following groups: Curcumin 200mg group、Curcumin 100mg group、ofloxacin group、model group and sham-operated group.By injecting Escherichia coli strains into prostate to establish rat model of chronic bacterial prostatitis.After one month the therapy group were given medicined,lasting for 12 days,then observe the pathology changes of collected prostate samples.
