Abstract ：In the network selection problem of wireless heterogeneous networks, should consider multiple attributes of network parameters, also need to consider the time varying characteristics of wireless channel. According to the two considered factors, a method based on multidimensional scaling of the novel dynamic network selection algorithm is presented. It can approximately transform the multiple attribute decision network selection problems into a low dimensional fitting composition, and can reflect changes of different moments on the same network. The simulation results show that, without considering the load conditions, the proposed algorithm can effectively select a suitable network for the current business of mobile terminal, and can visually observe the difference between networks in the low dimensional coordinate system.
