Abstract Abstract Since the reform and opening up, the Chinese government has always attached great importance to the development of science and technology, technological innovation is the main promotion of a countrys economic growth, and R D activities is an important manifestation, it plays an increasing role in cultivating the core competitiveness of enterprises and improving the countrys competitiveness. As the mainstay of technological innovation, enterprises are bound to organize the available R D resources scientifically, in order to carry out technological innovation more effectively, and thus, the research of corporate R D organization mode becomes increasingly important. High-tech enterprises are business enterprises that mainly engage in product development, testing, production, marketing, and using of the high-tech fields. In recent years, the development of high-tech enterprises increasingly becomes the driving force of economic development, showing a knowledge-intensive, technology-intensive, high capital investment and high risks. So we should seriously study the characteristics and influencing factors of the high-tech R D organization mode. Combining with the R D activities of the high-tech enterprises in Yunnan Province, this paper has discussed the organization modes of the activities and their influencing factors.
