曲阜师范大学硕士学位论文 曲阜师范大学硕士学位论文 I万方数据 I 万方数据 基于延期支付下库存策略研究 摘 要 随着全球经济一体化进程的加快，企业间的竞争越来越激烈。为了适应经济的高速发 展，提高自身竞争力，企业通常会采取各种方法增加商品销售量，扩大市场份额。其中， 延期支付是最常见的一种策略。供应商可以通过提供延期支付刺激零售商增大订货量，零 售商也可以利用延期支付缓解自身资金压力，获得额外的投资利润。延期支付作为一种短 期的商业信贷方式，已广泛的存在于商业活动中。 本文在已有研究的基础上，对延期支付模型做了进一步研究。主要内容包括两点： 第一，在由一个供应商和多个零售商组成的二级供应链中，针对供应商和零售商存资 金约束的情况，以供应商和零售商利润最大为目标，建立了供应商占主导地位的斯坦伯格 博弈模型，从供应商的角度出发，研究了供应商部分延期支付策略的设置问题以及零售商 的订货量。通过对模型的求解，得到了供应商设置的最优补货阈值及零售商的最优订货策 略，从而使双方达到双赢。数值结果表明了模型的可行性。 第二，针对具有保质期的非立即变质物品，为减少其变质给零售商造成的经济损失， 本文将延期支付和价格折扣相结合，就零售商对变质物品的最优促销时间确定问题，建立 了相应的延期支付库存模型，研究了在延期支付下零售商对非立即变质物品的促销策略。 通过模型求解，给出了零售商最优的商品促销时间。最后，数值试验验证了相关结论。 关键词：订货阈值；延期支付；资金约束；非立即变质；保鲜期；促销时 间；保质期。 II万方数据 II 万方数据 The optimal inventory strategy under Permissible Payment Delay Abstract With the global economic integration development, the competition between companies become more and more intense. In order to adapt the development of economic and improve competitiveness , the enterprise usually adopts all kinds of ways to increase the sales and expands its market share.The most common way is deferred payment.The strategy not only encourage the retailers to increase their order but also can alleviate their financial pressure and make the retailers get the extra profits. Deferred payment widely exist in business activities as a way of short-term commercial credit . On the basis of existing research, this paper do the further research of the model of delay in payment.The main content of the paper includes two point: (1). In the two-echelon supply chain consisted by single supplier and multiply retailers , We propose supplier-Stackelberg game model to get the suppliers and the retailers maximum profit with capital constraints.We study the setting problem of the suppliers optimal threshold from the perspective of suppliers and get the suppliers optimal threshold as well as retailers optimal ordering police by solving the model.
