ABSTRACT In our country, lawyers must working in an institution, this institution is law firm, in the development process of our bar, the organization of law firm range from nationalized law firm to partnership law firm, cooperative law firm, partnership law firm and individual law firm. Cooperative law firm, this form of organization had exited the stage of history since the Lawyers Law revised in 2008 .Now, the Organization of law firms mainly including nationalized law firm, partnership law firm, partnership law firm and individual law firm, after more than twenty years’ development, the number of law firms and lawyers have been rapidly increasing, but along with the development of economic and the WTO accession, the law firms seems to be barged up against a unprecedented challenges, regardless of the kind of organization. Facing the legal services market in which the division of labor is more detailed and specialized, the management of our law firm exposed many problems, taken the corporate management model has become the consensus of law firm managers, but the way to build the corporate management mode is a difficulty, in my lawyer work I found many problems in the management of law firm, after the systematic study of management theory I found that these problems can be solved by management.
