基于可持续发展目标的企业资本结构分析-工商管理专业论文.docx

青岛理工大学管理学硕士学位论文摘要07年美国发生的次贷危机，发展成为世界性金融危机。在危机中，全球经济发展速度下降，大量企业倒闭，向世人展示了忽视经济发展规律，不顾风险盲目发展，所带来的严重后果。企业的可持续发展已经成为亟待解决的问题，是科学发展观的基本要求和核心内容，并且在博鳌论坛2010年年会中作为议题进行讨论，企业应处理好短期发展与长期发展的关系。资本结构体现了企业在发展中的风险，以可持续发展为目标的企业资本结构决策成为实现企业可持续发展的必然选择。在第一章绪论中，分析了金融危机中企业资本结构存在的问题，梳理了资本结构研究现状，交代了本文的研究思路；在第二章中，分析了可持续发展和资本结构的相关理论，为定性分析做好准备；在第三章中，界定了可持续发展与资本结构之间的关系，分析了可持续发展影响因素对资本结构的影响；在第四章中，以我国上市制造业企业2004-2008年的数据为样本，检验企业在进行资本结构决策时对各个因素的敏感性，得出企业资本结构决策具有短期性特点的结论；在第五章中，针对上述问题提出企业内外部改进建议；在第六章中，总结分析过程和结果，指出研究的创新点和不足。关键词可持续发展；资本结构；实证研究；战略青岛理工大学管理学硕士学位论文ABSTRACTThesub．primecrisisoccurredin2007，becomefinancialcrisislater．Inthiscrisis，theglobaleconomysloweddownandalargenumberofcorporationswentbankrupt，showingtocommonpeopletheseriousconsequencesofignoringlawsofeconomicdevelopmentandblinddevelopingregardlessofallrisk．Sustainabledevelopmentofenterpriseshasbecomeallurgentproblem，whichisbasicrequisitionandcorecontentofthescientificdevelopmentconcept．Besides，as9questiondiscussedintheBoaoForumannualmeetingin2010，businessshouldhandletherelationshipbetweenshort—termdevelopmentandlong-termdevelopmentwell．Capitalstructurereflectstheriskofbusiness，SOthedecisionofcapitalstructureinbusinesswiththeobjectofsustainabledevelopmentbecomestheinevitablechoiceforenterprisetodevelopsustained．Inthefirstchapter,thispaperanalysesthecapitalstructureproblemofenterpriseinfinancialcrisis，concludesthepresentsituationofresearchoncapitalstructureandexplainsthetrainofresearch；Inthesecondchapter,thispaperanalysesthetheoriesinterrelatedtosustainabledevelopmentandcapitalstructure,preparingforthequalitativeanalysisnext；Inthethjrdchapter,thispaperdefinestherelationshipbetweensustainabledevelopmentandcapitalstructureandanalysestheinfluenceoncapitalstructurebythefactorsaffectingsustainabledevelopment；Intheforthchapter,thispaperregardsthedataofmanufacturingcompanieslistedinChina2004--2008assample，examinesthesensitivitytovariousfactorswhenenterprisesmakingcapitalstructuredecisionandreachestheconclusionthatthedecisionmadebyenterprisesisvalidi
