探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病和哮喘的临床疗效观察 黑龙江省五常市中医医院150200 摘要：目的：研究并研究老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病和哮喘的临床疗效观察。方法： 此次研究的对象是选择2011年1月至2015年1月我院70例慢性梗阻性肺疾病 合并哮喘患者。将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分为两组，分别采用常规 治疗和常规治疗基础上联合糖皮质激素治疗，分析比较两种方法的治疗效果及肺 部听诊改善状况。结果：通过治疗两组患者病情均得到显著改善，实验组患者治 疗后显效率和总有效率均高于对照组，有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)；肺部听诊单 纯哮鸣音、肺底部小水泡音及干湿啰音均好于对照组，有统计学差异(Plt;0.05)； 治疗后肺部听诊状况均好于治疗前，有统计学差异(Pt;0.05)o结论：常规治 疗基础上联合糖皮质激素治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病哮喘，能够显著提高患者身 体状况、改善患者肺部功能，临床疗效显著，值得推广。 关键词：慢性阻塞性肺疾病；哮喘；老年；临床疗效 [Abstract] Objective： To study the clinical curative effect of chronic obstructive pulm on ary disease and asthma in elderly patie nts. Methods： the study selected 70 patie nts with chr onic obstructive pulm on ary disease and asthma in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2011. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and were randomly assigned to two groups, respectively, using routine therapy and routine therapy combined with glucocorticoid therapy, to compare the two methods of treatment effect and lung auscultation analysis to improve the situation. Results： by treatment of two groups of patients were improved significantly. After treatment, the patients in the experimental group sigrHficantly effective rate and total effective rate were higher than those in the control group, which had statistical significanee (P lt; 0.05)； lung auscultati on simple wheezi ng soun d, at the bottom of the pulm on ary blisters sound and dry and wet rales sou nd was better tha n that of the con trol group, there was statistically sign ificant d iff ere nee (P lt; 0.05) ? After treatment, the condition in the auscultation of the lung were good for the treatment of, a statistically sig nifican t d iff ere nee (P lt; 0.05) .
