Steering system as a key component of a car, need to understand and master.Steering as a key component of steering system ,its depth study seem significant.Recirculating ball steering and rack and pinion steering is currently the development trend and fashion of the steering.Recirculating ball steering mainly consists of the screw, ball, nut and steering housing,which has a high transmission efficiency,manipulation of light, less wear, long life, that has been widely used in recent years.According to existing national standards and in accordance with the principles of automotive design to design a recirculating ball steering,completing the assembly drawing and parts diagram drawing plane,so that it can meet the requirements of national standard of modern commercial vehicles.With the development of the auto industry,steering constantly improved ,although the electronic Steering have begun to use,but the mechanical steering is still widely used by the world of motor vehicles and parts manufacturers.However in the mechanical steering gear, recirculating ball steering because of its features have been widely used in various types vehicles.
