word文档整理分享 参考资料 对我国房地产金融风险的研究 摘 要 在我国，由于融资渠道的单一，使得商业银行成为了房地产金融风险的主要承担者。种种迹象显示，我国的商业银行房地产金融隐藏着重大的风险隐患。历史教训表明：商业银行的房地产金融风险具有极大的危险性，一旦爆发，将迅速波及到整个金融体系乃至影响整个国民经济的稳定和发展。所以要采取积极措施防范房地产金融特别是商业银行的房地产金融风险，这不仅是房地产业和房地产金融业稳定和发展的需要，对整个金融业和国民经济的稳定和发展也至关重要。 本文以房地产金融为对象，试借鉴国内外对房地产金融风险的研究和时间经验，从实例中寻找风险的原因，从而进一步对我国房地产金融风险的研究，并提出了几点防范房地产金融风险的几点建议。 【关键词】：房地产金融，风险，对策 Abstract In China, the?financing channels?of a single,?allowing commercial banks to?real estate finance?has become?the main bearer of?risk.
