摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 近年来，随着我国高等教育事业的迅猛发展，高校管理难度越来越大，为 提高管理水平、效率和服务质量，国内各高校均加大了校园信息化基础设施建 设的投入力度，为数字化校园的建设和实施奠定了一定的基础。 诞生于20世纪90年代初的非接触式IC卡(射频卡)技术日趋成熟，成本 不断降低，为建设校园智能卡管理系统提供了技术基础。校园智能卡管理系统 是数字化校园重要的有机组成部分，是数字化校园的基础工程，它的成功实施 必将大大推动数字化校园的建设进程。 本文针对河南建筑职业技术学院学生多、管理难、服务质量不高的问题， 设计出了一套基于数字化校园架构的智能卡管理系统，并将其应用于学校的餐 厅、宿舍、图书馆、机房、商店、浴池等场所．取得了很好的效果。 项目研究首先从系统设计目标、设计原则、建设途径入手，确定了该系统 的应用框架，绘制了系统的网络拓扑图，建立了业务模型、层次模型、数据处 理模型，接下来对智能卡进行了选型，并对智能卡的读写程序进行了编写；分 析了智能卡系统的功能平台以及较典型的消费和身份识别功能，研究了该管理 系统与第三方系统集成及安全策略等有关问题；最后进行了该系统的安装、调 试、运行和维护，总结了此系统在河南建筑职业技术学院实施过程中的成功经 验。 通过对基于数字化校园架构的智能卡管理系统的设计及成功实施，“一卡在 手，走遍校园的目标得以基本实现，为下一阶段的数字化校园建设和学校的 更大发展奠定了一定的基础。 关键词：智能卡；系统设计；功能平台；安全策略 AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract In recent years，with the fast development of higher education in our country,the difficulty of managing our universities and colleges has increased．In order to improve the efficiency,the level of management and the quality of service, universities and colleges enhanced the infrastructural investment on campus information，which partly promoted the construction and implementation of digital campus． As the technology of non—contact lC card(radio-card)invented in the early 1 990s became more perfect，and the cost has constantly reduced，when we construct a campus smart card managing system，we have the technical foundation．Smart card managing system is an important component of constructing digital campus，and it is the basic project of digital campus．Moreover,the implementation of smart card managing system will accelerate the process of constructing digital campus． In this paper,considering the following situations，including the number of students in Henan Technical College of Construction became larger and larger,the difficulty of managing Was increased，and the quality of service was decreased，a set of smart card managing system based on digital campus network Was designed，and has been applied to the dining-rooms，dormitories，library,computer rooms，stores， bath places and SO on，and in the end it turne
