基于企业能力的企业信息化实施研究 基于企业能力的企业信息化实施研究 摘要 企业信息化是国民经济信息化的基础，其水平直接关系到国家信息化发展 战略的顺利实施和国民经济的可持续发展。目前我国企业信息化还处于一个相 对较低的水平，因而研究企业信息化的实施理论和方法对于提高我国企业信息 化水平具有重要意义。 本文从企业能力的角度企业信息化实施研究，认为企业信息化的实施是为 了提升企业能力，同时企业信息化的实施需要相应的能力作为保障。 论文首先综述了研究的背景、国内外研究现状、内容和研究方法，接着对 企业信息化的内涵、主要内容和发展历程进行了概述。根据企业能力理论，企 业本质上是一个复杂的能力体系，企业能力决定了企业经营活动。论文从战略 层面、管理层面、资源层面和技术层面论述信息化对企业能力的影响，同时认 为企业信息化实施需要企业能力很好的匹配，重点研究了企业信息化实施的六 大能力要素构成，即战略规划能力、领导力、管理变革能力、企业文化、信息 化人才和企业信息化的基础；进而构建了企业信息化实施能力评价指标体系用 以评价企业当前信息化实施的能力和不足，最后提出了加强信息化战略的制 定、建立组织保障体系加强信息化领导力、提升管理变革能力、塑造与信息化 相适应的企业文化以及建立与信息化相适应的人才培养机制、提升信息化实施 基础能力等用来提升企业信息化实施能力的若干对策，以期为我国企业信息化 实施提供一些有益的帮助。 最后，本文以一家企业信息化实施的案例对本文提出的理论进行印证。 关键词：企业信息化；企业能力；指标体系；对策 m Research Research on Application of Enterprise Informatization based on Enterprise C apability Abstract Enterprise informatization is the foundation of the national economy，which directly is related to the smooth implementation of the national development strategy and the sustainable development of the national economy．At present，the enterprise informatization of our country is still at a relatively lower level，SO it’S of great significance for improving the level of the enterprise informatization that we study the implementation of theory and methods． From the perspective of the enterprises ability to study the implementation of enterprise informatization，the enterprise informatization is intended to enhance the ability of enterprises，and the implementation of enterprise informatization is a corresponding need to ensure the enterprise capacity． 11le thesis firstly introduces the background，the research of the domestic and international condition,the main content and the method of study．According to the theory of the enterprises capability，enterprises in essence is a complex capacity system，and the enterprises capability determines the activities of the enterprise business．The author discuss the effect of the informatization for the enterprise capability from the strategic level，the level of m
