西华 西华大学硕士学位论文 基于 基于历史文物建筑保护“原真性”原则的成都市金牛宾馆张大千故居修缮研究 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 近日，香港著名演员成龙将 20 年前在古徽州区购买的 10 幢明清古建筑捐献给了新 加坡一所高校，引起了社会的广泛关注。这次事件对我国历史文物建筑保护提出了一个 深刻的问题：我国的历史文物建筑的保护实践应该怎样进行,是推到重建？还是保护加 固？四川省成都市金牛宾馆张大千故居是一座极具历史价值的名人故居，现已破旧衰 败，如何对其进行修缮保护，将是一个复杂而深刻的问题。 本文将基于历史文物建筑保护中最重要的“原真性”原则，对四川省成都市金牛宾 馆内张大千故居的修缮工程做深入研究。首先，将对国内外历史文物建筑的保护理论发 展和现状做详细阐述，并调查成都本土过往的历史文物建筑保护实例，分析出文殊院保 护区和宽窄巷子保护区的原真性得失。其次，对国际保护宪章和我国历史文物保护宪章 中“原真性”原则进行解剖对比，发现我国历史文物建筑保护应该以工程的实际情况进 行保护实践。最后，通过对张大千故居实地考察测绘，分析其现有状况，对建筑原真性 详细解析，并吸取成都本地过去的保护经验，制定出了一个符合历史文物建筑核心原真 性与建筑历史价值、经济价值、社会价值协调统一的修缮扩建方案，并使用 CAD 等相关 建筑软件绘制成图。 关键词：原真性；张大千故居；修复 I Abstract Recently, the famous Hong Kong actor Jackie Chan will be donated 10 buildings of Ancient Huizhou that were built Ancient Huizhou Ming and Qing Dynasties to a university in Singapore, caused widespread concern in the community.
