摘要以数字视频技术为核心的远程教育系统，是教育信息传播的一种重要形式。 摘要 以数字视频技术为核心的远程教育系统，是教育信息传播的一种重要形式。 随着数字视频技术的成熟和相关标准的确定，有望形成第四代远程教育系统—— 以数字视频技术为核心的远程教育系统。依靠数字视频高效、易于交互等特点， 必将对远程教育产生积极影响。 本文旨在通过对数字视频技术的应用研究与实践，明晰其对远程教育产生的 深远影响。全文共分三大部分： 第一部分：通过对以数字视频技术为基础的数字电视系统概述，以及关键技 术的解析(视频编码技术、码流复用技术等)，阐明其对远程教育系统的必然支 持，通过框图形式表述以数字视频技术为核心的远程教育系统构成； 第二部分：选取视频讲演模式作为教学模式，就视频交互式网络课程播放平 台进行实践探究，设计并完成了一种以学习者为中心、一体化的视频交互式网络 课程播放平台： 第三部分：在HDTVIS板卡设计中，就本人设计环节(TTL．LVDS电平转 换单元、FPGA控制单元)作以解释说明。 关键词：数字视频 网络课程LVDS Abstract’The Abstract’ The distance education system based on the digItal video is one of the important fo帅of education information transmission．With the characters of best effect and easily to communicate．the digital video technology will have active influence to the distance education．W酏the improvement of the digital video technology and the establishment of the related criterions．it will become the quartus distance education system-the system which is based on the digital video technology．The thesis analyzes this influence to the distance education through the application research and practice．There are three parts in this thesis： Part orle：Through the summarize of the digital television system based on the digital video technology and the analysis of the related technology details(video coding technology、code reusing technology)。it clanfies the necessity sustentation to the distance education system．At last it presents the structure of the kind of distance education with the frame picture． Part two：It selects the video-lecture mode as the instruction mode and probes into the design of the network curriculum platform based on the video communication。then it developments a kind of platform in which iS centered with students． Part three：in the design of the HDTV TS transport board．it makes clear the authors onginal creation which includes TrL-LVDS and FPGA． Key words：Digital Video Network Course LVDS 2 引言教育技术越来越被人们所重视。 引言 教育技术越来越被人们所重视。 记得曾看到过南国农老先生的这样一句话：电教的发展，电教的腾飞，依靠 两支翅膀，一支是现代信息技术，另一支是现代教育思想，靠一支翅膀，飞不起 来，双
