Ab stract W e designed a m ulti- point tem perature and hum id ity m on itoring system that consists
of the ATm ega16L m icrocontro ller, the nRF 905 RF ch ip and the SHT 11 tem perature and hum id-
ity sensor. T h is paper presents its system structure, work ing principle asw ell as hardw are c ircu it
and so fwt are designs. T he system is suitab le for temperature and hum idity m on itoring fo r w are-
hou ses in com plex env ironm ents. It features a smi ple structure, low cost and power consum p-
tion, am ong others. Expermi ent resu lts show that the system com es w ith stab le perfo rm ance and
accurate m easurem ents, wh ich satisfy requirem ents of real- tmi e tem perature and hum id ity m o-
nitoring.
