当奎矍三奎兰堡圭兰堡鎏兰 当奎矍三奎兰堡圭兰堡鎏兰 竺!竺 Abstract The Economy in Shan Dong has developed rapidly since the implementation of reform and opening up policy,with GDP reaching 2 1 85 billion RMB in 2006．But Shandong’development is not sustainable．The is that industrial structure in Shandong is not appropriate．This Paper analyzes industrial structure in Shandong from the point of view of sustainable development．We not only analyze the economic effects of the industry structure，but also emphasize the environmental effects and social effects．Based the analysis，We point out the problems in industrial structure and bring forward the measures taken to adjust industrial structure． Chapter 1，the guiding part，summarizes the value and researching method of the text．Chapter 2 offers theoretical foundation and includes：the theory of sustainable development，the theory of industrial structure adjustment，the relation between sustainable development and industrial structure．In Chapter 3，We analyze industrial structure in Shandong from the aspect of industrial economy type structure．We discuss the consumption of and energy of Shandong industry．We also analyzes the influences of industrial structure to environment and employment，which makes the thesis more better．In chapter 4，we find out the problems in Shandong’s industrial structure．Then we choose the leading industries and restrained industries using the structural optimization model．The last chapter puts forward the principles and the measures taken to solve the problems． The innovative point of this paper is that We check the industrial structure from the point of view of sustainable development+We not only emphasize the economic effects of the industrial structure，but also the environmentaI effects and soeial effects．The second point is that in the structural optimization model we choose economic benefit index and labor productivity index．Be
