山东科技大学硕士学位论文摘要 山东科技大学硕士学位论文 摘要 摘 要 21 世纪是全球信息化的新时代，是项目化的社会。项目作为人类社会经济建设活动 的重要组成部份，贯穿社会发展的方方面面。然而，项目是在日益复杂多变的环境中进 行的，整个项目周期都有多种多样的风险存在，这些风险会导致项目失败，所以项目风 险管理成为项目开发的一个主要内容。实行项目风险动态管理能有效的控制风险，提高 项目管理的成功率。 本论文主要以工程项目为研究对象，在分析与风险管理有关的各种理论基础上，提 出了基于时间维、环境维和知识维 三维结构的项目风险动态管理 观点。主要内容包括： 运用霍尔三维结构的基本思想，较为系统地分析了项目风险的时间维、环境维和知识维 的内容和结构关系；较全面地分析了项目风险的时间维、环境维和知识维的集成过程及 内容；以项目的时间维为主线，环境维和知识维为辅线，对项目全生命周期的各个阶段 进行了较为系统的动态分析；在遵循评价指标选取的原则基础上，提出了评价指标选取 与确定的新方法与思路；构建了项目风险的动态分析模型，该模型有利于找出项目全过 程中的关键风险路线，并进行了具体应用；以 PDCA 循环的基本思想为指导，构建了项 目风险动态管理模式；根据风险的发生概率大小、发生时损失程度 等 6 个方面的特征， 设计了便于风险应对措施选择的风险特征网络图。 关键词：项目风险，霍尔三维结构，动态管理，关键风险路线 山东科技大学硕士学位论文Ab 山东科技大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Abstract The 21st century is a new era of globa l information and a project-oriented society. Project, as an important constitute in the activities of economic construct ions of the huma n society, has penetrated all aspects of socia l development. However, project has been conducted under an increasingly complex and vola tile environment, and therefore there exist various risks throughout the cycle of complet ing the project, which ma y lead to a failure to complete the project. As a result, project risk ma nagement has been a key for the development of project. The implementation of project risk dynamic ma nagement can effectively control project risk and enhance the success rate of project ma nagement. This thesis takes the engineer ing project as the research object. Based on the analysis on the theor y of project risk management, this thesis proposes a viewpoint of project risk dynamic ma nagement that is based on three dimensions struct ure, including time-based dimension, environment dimension, and knowled ge dimension.
