Abstract In recent years, Domestic Violence against Minor Children often happened, this aroused peoples concern. On March 1, 2016 began to implement the anti- violence law of the Peoples Republic of China(Hereinafter referred to as anti- Domestic violence law) makes the prevention and control of Domestic violence to enter a new stage. This helps to further protect the rights of vulnerable groups. If it can be effectively curb after the actual implementation effect will remain to be practical. From the particularity of the minors consider, legal regulation, relief way should be targeted. In order to build a better system of perfecting the legal protection of minors, combining has been implemented anti- Domestic violence law, to perfect the legal protection of minors system better, we should never think adults because of the particularity of its own, legal regulation, the relief way also should have the pertinence. This paper takes “the research on the domestic violence prevention for minor children” , combining with the anti- Domestic violence law has performed a in-depth thinking. In addition to the introduction, this article is divided into five parts: The first part: introducing two typical cases of minor children suffered from the domestic violence .This part started with two typical cases and analyzed, pointed out our country in dealing with the problem of domestic violence against minors.
