摘要 1 摘要 免疫规划管理工作是卫生防病工作的重要组成部分。传统手工模式管理的 儿童免疫规划管理工作，不仅工作量大、手续繁杂、效率低下、运行成本高，而 且容易发生错漏。为此，本文设计了采用无源 RFID 作为信息输入的儿童疫苗免 疫信息管理系统，通过管理软件的设计构成儿童免疫信息系统。 本文首先讨论了儿童免疫信息管理的现状和射频识别（RFID）技术的基本 原理，然后根据管理需要，提出目标系统的功能需求并进行结合硬件特点的详细 设计，完成了该儿童免疫信息管理系统。该系统软件可以根据儿童的出生时间， 既往接种情况、儿童免疫规划程序、疫苗联合免疫原则、门诊接种时间等情况， 自动制定儿童接种计划，预约今后应种疫苗种类及其接种时间，实现了信息化全 面管理。 本文的研究成果能够较好地解决儿童免疫接种管理难题，通过与医院、疾控 中心等部门进行内部网络有效链接，随时掌握儿童免疫情况并向疾病预防控制管 理中心汇报预防接种信息，另外，预防接种门诊也通过该系统录入儿童预防接种 基本信息，建立儿童预防接种基本信息档案。本文的研究成果对儿童免疫接种工 作信息化，网络化具有推动作用。 关键词：疾控中心、无源 RFID、面向对象程序设计、儿童疫苗接种、信息 管理系统 2基于无源 2 基于无源 RFID 平台的儿童疫苗免疫信息管理系统设计与应用 Abstract Immunization program management is an important part of health prevention work.
