I I 摘要 摘 要 酒店业作为我国经济建设的重要组成部分，其是否能保持持续健康的发展 在一定程度上影响着国民经济的健康与稳定。近年来，我国酒店增长速度过快， 酒店业自身发展跟不上增长的速度，给我国经济发展和人民生活带来诸多不良 影响，产生这种现象的原因是多方面的，其中酒店业自身经营管理水平不高也 是重要原因之一。诸多国内外管理理论研究结论和实践已充分证明，酒店建立 完善的平衡计分卡，是提高酒店经营管理水平的有效手段和工具，因此，研究 酒店业如何构建有效的平衡计分卡不仅具有重要的实践意义，而且具有重要的 理论意义。 湖泉酒店作为一家五星级酒店，由于受机制和观念的长期约束，整体经营 管理水平不高，为了促进酒店科学发展，迫切需要酒店能够构建有效、完善的 平衡计分卡，以期通过有效的绩效管理提高员工的工作绩效，增强酒店的活力 和凝聚力，进而提高酒店整体绩效。 为了构建科学、合理的湖泉酒店平衡计分卡，本文首先对平衡计分卡理论、 平衡计分卡工具和平衡计分卡流程进行了回顾与分析，然后对湖泉酒店的绩效 管理现状从酒店高层领导、中层管理者以及基层员工等三个层面进行了深度访 谈和调查，对酒店绩效管理存在的不足进行了剖析，在此基础上，本文进一步 梳理了酒店战略，绘制了酒店战略地图，以酒店战略地图为指南，把酒店战略 目标转化为具体量化的指标和行动计划，再分解到酒店层、部门层和岗位层面 的绩效计划中，综合运用目标管理、平衡计分卡、关键绩效指标等行之有效的 绩效管理工具，对酒店绩效管理指标体系进行了全面设计。最后，本文还针对 现存问题和新平衡计分卡特征，提出了酒店平衡计分卡的实施建议，力图从酒 店平衡计分卡专职机构的建立、绩效文化的塑造、绩效体系的培训和辅导及建 立申述机制等相关体系形成对新体系进行全方位支持和保障。 关键词：绩效；绩效管理体系；平衡计分卡 Abs Abstract II II Abstract Industry in the hotel is our economic development of important constitute part, it whether can keep and keep on health of the development influence the health and stability of national economy to some extent.In recent years, our country hotel growth the speed lead quickly, industry foam in the hotel at increment, develop for our country economy and the people live to bring many badly influence, produce this kind of phenomenal of the reason is various, among them, industry oneself in the hotel conducts to manage level Gao not to is also one of the important reasons.Many domestic and international management theory research conclusion and fulfillment have already well proven, the business enterprise builds up perfect of the balance account and divide card, is the effective means and tool that raises business enterprise management management level, therefore, study industry in the hotel and how set up effective balance and account dividing card and not only have important fulfillment meaning, but also have important theory meaning.
