摘要 摘要 随着经济的发展，技术不断提高，知识产业规模的发展已经达到了一定的高 度，但是，知识产业普遍存在着因为结构的不合理而造成的知识流强度较弱，知 识转换成产品的效率不高的问题。 为此，本文将分析知识产业结构优化与知识流之间的关系，同时将借鉴产业 结构中“快车道”理论和方法，在对知识产业进行划分的基础上建立知识产业结 构优化模型，该模型对知识产业结构进行优化，其结果就是知识产业结构优化的 方向与目标。知识产业结构优化后，促进知识产业间知识流的强度增加，这样的 方法也使知识产出效率更好的提高，从而进一步促进经济发展。 本文再以陕西省 2010 年数据进行知识产业结构优化过程的实证分析，根据实 证分析说明优化模型在现实中的应用，并提出相应的优化路径、思路及对策。 关键词：知识流 知识产业 结构优化 基于投入产出关系的知识流与知识产业结构优化模型 Abstract Abstract With the development of economy, technology continues to improve, knowledge industry scale development has reached a certain height, however, knowledge industry exists problem that knowledge flow intensity is weak, and efficiency of knowledge being converted into the product is low because of the unreasonable of the structure. Therefore, the paper will analyze the relationship between the knowledge industrial structure optimization and the knowledge flow. And it will draw on the ―fast lane‖ theory and method of the industrial structure to build the knowledge industry structure optimization model which based on dividing knowledge industry. The model optimizes knowledge industry structure, the result is the target of optimization. After this, it will promote knowledge flow intensity to increase. This method also enables the knowledge output efficiency better, thus further promoting economic development. The paper takes Shaanxi province 2010 data to empirical analyze its knowledge industry structure optimization. Based on the empirical analysis, it will indicates application of the optimization model in the real, and put forward the corresponding optimized route, train of thought and countermeasure.
