This dissertation is based on the achievements of research and development on two applications Equiprnent Monitor ， Analysis ， Report System and SMD Drop-out rate Control Systern. ?asccl on the analysis on the available information in thc serniconductor manufacturi ng，this dissertation first proposes the systcm archi tecture of equipment moni tor system. The different methods to collect manufacturing data for the system based on SECS/GEM protocol and non GEM are studied secondly. Then thi s dissertation deeply studies the database platform on which this kind of system is integrated.
