word文档整理分享 参考资料 摘要 本设计为灌南县田楼镇污水处理工艺设计，分两期建设，处理规模为近期2000m3/d，远期4000m3/d。进水水质为：BOD5=100mg/L，CODcr=280mg/L，SS=120mg/L，NH3-N=30mg/L，TP=3mg/L。出水水质要求达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB18918-2002）一级A排放标准，即：BOD5≤10mg/L，CODcr≤50mg/L，SS≤10mg/L，NH3-N≤5mg/L，TP≤0.5mg/L。 通过对国内外不同污水处理工艺的比较与分析，结合本工程的具体情况，最终选择改良型氧化沟工艺作为本工程的处理工艺。该工艺是在Carrousel 2000型氧化沟前设置一个厌氧区，污水经厌氧、缺氧、好氧交替运行，具有同时去除有机物、脱氮、除磷的效果。该工艺不仅具有A2O的特征，同时保留氧化沟独特的水流特性，有利于活性污泥的生物凝聚作用，且不需要设置初沉池和污泥消化池，节省投资。 污水处理工艺流程为：进水→粗格栅→调节池（污水提升泵）→细格栅→旋流沉砂池→改良型氧化沟→竖流式二沉池→接触消毒池→巴氏计量槽→出水 污泥处理工艺流程为：污泥泵房→幅流式浓缩池→贮泥池→板框脱水机→泥饼外运。 关键词：城市污水；改良氧化沟；脱氮除磷；污泥处理 Abstract The project is a design of Tianlou Town sewege treatment plant in Guannan County, construction of two phases.The recent design scale is 2000m3/d and the long-term scale is 4000m3/d.The influent quality is shown as follow: BOD5=100mg/L, CODcr =280mg/L,SS=120mg/L,NH3-N=30mg/L,TP=3mg/L.The effluent water quality requires to reach the level of A discharge standards in emission standard of Urban sewage treatment plant (GB18918-2002),in which BOD5≤10mg/L, CODcr ≤50mg/L,SS≤10mg/L,NH3-N≤5mg/L,TP≤0.5mg/L. By comparing and analyzing different wastewater treatment processes at home and abroad, combining with the specific circumstances of this project, an improved oxidation ditch process is chosen as the final process of this project. This process set up an anaerobic zone in front of the Carrousel 2000 oxidation ditch and the organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus are removed with the wastewater flowing through anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic zone alternatively. The process not only has the characteristics of A2O, but also the unique water features of the oxidation ditch, which is benefitial to the biological coagulation of activated sludge.In addition, the process do not need to set up the early pond and the sludge digestion tank,thus it can save investment. Sewage treatment process is: inflow→coarse screen→water regulating pool (sewage lift pump)→fine rack→vortex-type grit chamber→improved oxid
